How to use STO digital coupon
Step 0. Sms
When you shop at an eligible STO outlet during a promotion, you will be asked to provide your mobile number.
If you are eligible for a coupon, you will receive an sms in 1-2 minutes with details of number of coupons generated and a link to claim coupons.
Step 1. Login using OTP
Enter your number and request to get an OTP code.
Enter OTP Code and verify captcha.
Click Validate to login
Step 2. Claim your coupons
View all coupons generated for your number that has not bee claimed
Enter name and identity number (either national id card number or passport number) You cannot change the number to which coupon was generated for
Click on the coupons to claim with the given name and identity number. You can check claim all? checkbox to select all coupons visible on page
Click on Claim X coupons button to claim the selected coupons.
Once claimed, you would see a success message. If you don't have any more coupons to claim, you will be redirect to claimed coupons.
Only claimed coupons are eligible for lucky draw
Step 3. View your coupons
View all coupons that has been claimed for your number. Scroll down to load more coupons.
You can login at anytime to view all your coupons.
